We read everything, and we answer.
Corrections
If a figure looks wrong, or a source does not say what we claim it says, please tell us. Include the page and what you think is wrong.
We would rather be corrected than be wrong. If you are right, we fix the page and record what changed.
Questions about a source
If you want to know where a specific number came from, ask. Every figure on this site has a source behind it, and we are happy to point you at it.
What we cannot help with
We cannot answer questions about your own child. We are not clinicians, and it would be wrong of us to try.
For anything about your child's health or development, speak to your pediatrician or doctor. If something is urgent, contact your doctor or your local emergency service.
Emails from us
To stop our emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of them. To have your email address deleted altogether, write to the address above and we will remove it.
If you asked for a printable and it has not arrived, check your spam folder for the email asking you to confirm your address. Nothing is sent until that is confirmed.
Everything else
General enquiries, permissions and anything commercial go to the same address.
